What I fear and I've seen evidence of this is that teachers and people in position of power are bullying students who don't chant praises about Obama. There are teachers who are fanatical in their worship of Obama and they dedicate themselves to destruction of students who hold conservative, right,... views. It is easier to hold your tongue and keep yourself out of trouble. Unfortunately when you hold your tongue, their perpetual rant about the benefits of their liberal, socialist ideology goes on and on. Many students start to believe that there is no alternative. I don't know the answer. If it is my kid and he needs to go to college, I would tell him to avoid trouble and just get to your goal.
