On the first item, I believe the only proper response is to get up and leave. Not furtively, nor in a loud, ostentatious huff. Neither plod nor scurry, but leave in a manner that says you believe the entertainment to be OVER. Do not respond to any jeering or queries directed at you, it only encourages. Conversely, your silent and stern exit says all that needs to be said, and nothing infuriates a libtard more than someone who will not sink to its level.
If this shit occurs sufficiently early in the performance, I’d say a stop by the ticket counter to ask for a refund wouldn’t be out of line. At very least, it would serve to let them know that your dollars aren’t going to be supporting this kind of garbage.
