I keep wondering (because I don’t have the money to actually DO it, currently):
Would it be legal to stand out in front of these gun-buyback sites and offer a higher sum for any decent-looking gun that you happened to see someone carrying in to be destroyed/ become unregistered property of some corrupt bastard? Wouldn’t it just be considered a private sale?
Shit, I need a higher-paying job, so I can implement this evil plan.
