Unfortunately jury nullification’s been in serious trouble ever since judges began leaving it out of their instructions to the jury when northern juries refused to hand down convictions on the fugitive slave act.
People need to know all of their rights- not just the ones the government deems it safe to tell them about.

I’ve read tht a lot of Catholics voted for Mr O.

But I think they’re going to have a bit of trouble explaining away Amendment 1. There’s a reason the Founders put it first.

Who was the congressweasel, a few months ago, who uttered the phrase, “I don’t CARE if it’s unconstitutional, it’s WHAT’S RIGHT!!”?
The open contempt for our nation’s highest law left me too flabbergasted to even remember the issue, though I think it was the Second Amendment, possibly in response to the Heller decision. Bill Clinton (may he get syphillis from his next tawdry affair) said something very similar during his AWB-1 days.
I’m working on getting my torch-and-pitchfork business up and running, here.
