Back then we called it "Fraud, Waste, and Abuse". Today we call it "stimulus". Just another reason to believe that the fall is near. Like he did when he took Michelle to Chicago for a "date" on Valentines Day. So, maybe he was actually trying (in his piss-poor clueless way) to save some taxpayer money. FAIL. Well….
